Accessing our registration services

ARB wants to ensure that our services are readily accessible and understandable to everyone.  As you have recently used them, we’d really appreciate your feedback.  We will only use it to reflect on how we can make improvements, and won’t identify you.  However, if you did want to be involved in future improvement work, such as helping us test out changes to our guidance, or the way we structure our website or application processes, you can let us know.

There are seven question areas, relating to our registration services.  You can answer them all, or just the ones where you have a view.  If you wish to tell us via the telephone, rather than via this form, call our accessibility line on 0207 5805861 and follow the menu options.
